MAP series consists of 2 different models (MAP-128 & MAP-1216) of professional audio matrix, plus its accesories (including several control options).This family of products has been created for those commercial audio installations demanding audio processing, distribution, automation and remote control at an affordable price.
Thanks to the software “3cMAP” the user will be able to easily set up the system, making adjusments to be stored in different presets. by recalling these presets, the user will be able to completely transform the audio setup, turning a conference room into a dancehall or a video projection room in seconds (for example).
Proprietary RS-485 remote controls can be daisy chained in different areas or rooms to be used by the personnel. This way, the audio can be easily adjusted acording to the needs of the different areas of the installation. These remote controls allow several actions, such as preset selection, volume controls, source selection, etc. being these control options restricted to a number of parameters previously defined by the installer.
As mentioned above, the processor is controlled using the software 3cMAP. Connection to the computer can be carried out using both the USB connector in the front panel of the processor or the Ethernet connection located on its rear panel. While the USB port allows easy and quick setup or changes, the Ethernet connection will allow local or distant computer operation.
In order to wirelessly control the unit, we must use a router to create a local wireless network. This will allow “LAN” operation of the unit by using any of the specific APPs available at Google Play Store (more information at the bottom of this page).
As for the audio features, the unit is equipped with high performance mic/line preamps, virtual input routing, mixer, EQ, filtering, dynamics, delay, crossover, output matrix, priority ducking, remote control, preset storage, meters, etc.
Crystal-clear processing is guaranteed thanks to the use of last generation A/D converters, leading edge DSP technology plus the renowned ALTAIRAltairHigh-end , robuust en betrouwbaar merk voor intercoms input preamps. Furthermore, a real time clock/calendar function is integrated in the unit. This allows the user to schedule tasks to be executed automatically by the unit at the designated time. By doing this, the system will change its configuration depending on the time of the day without any user intervention, opening a wide horizon of potential applications.
When more inputs or outputs are needed, the system can be expandded by linking another unit (max. 2 units). Thanks to the built-in GPIO interface the unit can control relays, adding even more options for the installer. Voice messages can be stored in the unit to easily set up an “evacuation” preset to be recalled if necessary.

Two different ANDROIDAPPs are available for free at Google Play Store:
– The simplified APP version of 3cMAP software allows a wide variety of adjustments of the system setup and it´s only recommended for the installer or the advanced user.
– On the contrary, the user-level APP “REMDROID” is the perfect tool for the end user, usually a non-expert operator who will be now capable of making adjustments of the audio system (and even preset recalls) in a safe and easy way. All the parameters which the user will be able to control are defined by the installer, so that the system can satisfy the needs of the installation while ensuring the stability and safety of the equipments
