The Ark 426A speaker represents the top of the range in the segment of compact vertical arrays. Ark 426A is a 2-way amplified long-range system for fixed and mobile installations. It consists of two 1″ compression drivers (1.75″ v.c.), mounted on a waveguide. The overall nominal coverage (H x V) is 110 ° x 25 ° (-17.5 ° / + 7.5 °). The MF / LF frequency range is covered by 4 6″ speakers. The Ark 426A is an extremely flexible speaker, it can be used in full range or as an MF / HF section (up to two overlapping units) in high sound pressure systems in combination with the BX series subwofers The cabinet is made of 12 mm birch plywood with a black polyurea finish.

The BX18SA is an 18″ powered subwoofer that provides a powerful low frequency response. The geometry of the reflex duct is low compression thanks to the aerodynamic development. This design guarantees precise and well controlled bass response even at high volume.

STATE-OF-THE-ART B&C WOOFER

The BX18SA is equipped with an 18” neodymium woofer produced by B&C Speakers with very low distortion and extremely long excursion. The neodymium motor provides an extremely high magnetic flux for greater efficiency. The 4″ coil is 25 mm high, ensuring an ultra linear excursion of 20 mm/pp with constant magnetic force. The fiberglass cone and the ventilated magnet reduce distortion and power compression. This design improves overall quality sound and performance characteristics.

CLASS D AMPLIFIER

1000W digital amplifier managed by digital stereo crossover (DSP) with 4 different presets and high pass output for connecting the satellites. The amplifier is fanless since it is equipped with an effective and robust aluminum heat sink that also guarantees its mechanical stability during transport.

CABINET
DAD cabinets are made of birch plywood covered with a black polyurea finish. The subwoofers are stackable and light, for easy installation and easy disassembly, thanks to the ergonomic handles.

APPLICATIONS

The BX18SA is perfectly suitable as a sub-extension of the low range for the ARK426A full range column speakers, or for amplified 10 “/ 12” / 15 “speakers of the DAD, and can be used in houses of worship, theaters, clubs and mobile applications.
